1. Digital products, no shipping

All products are digital downloads. No physical item is shipped. Files are available through download links on your order page immediately after payment.

2. All sales final

Because files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final. If a file arrives faulty or corrupted, we will fix or replace it within 14 days, or refund you. Contact us with your order details.

3. Licenses

Every product includes a Personal license. Commercial and Extended licenses are available at checkout as upgrades. You may not redistribute, resell or share the files as-is, in whole or in part. See the License page.

4. Disputes before chargebacks

If anything is wrong with your order, contact us first. We aim to resolve issues within 48 hours. Unjustified chargebacks may lead to license termination.

5. Pricing

Prices are in US dollars. Discounts and coupons apply at checkout. We may change prices at any time; the price at the time of purchase applies.

6. Exam and brand names

Exam names and other brand names are trademarks of their owners. Our study guides are independent and are not affiliated with or endorsed by any exam provider. Health, tax and legal titles are educational and are not professional advice.
